my wine orders?
Shirazi Wines buyers will ship
orders to you using a variety of
carriers, namely, FedEx and UPS,
or others, such as DHL,
depending on state availability
and state regulatory
requirements.
How long does it take to receive
my order?
All orders are shipped from a
central shipping facility in
Illinois. Depending on where the
order is being shipped to,
orders will take several days to
two weeks to arrive at their
destination. All orders are
shipped in plain wrapped, sealed
packages.
Do
you offer Express Delivery
options?
One of the ways that Shirazi Wines
buyers is able to offer shipping
at no charge to its members is
to standardize its shipping
processes. At this time, no
Express Delivery options are
available on Shirazi Wines buyers
shipments.
Are there any restrictions on
the type of address Shirazi Wines
buyers can ship to?
By
law, alcohol cannot be shipped
to PO Boxes or APO/FPO
addresses.

regularly. Shirazi Wines buyers,
through its fulfillment
provider, is in compliance with
all requirements for legally
shipping and delivering wine to
members living in the states to
which we ship.
Does Shirazi Wines buyers ship all
year round?
Shirazi Wines buyers ships year
round, though we do not ship on
major holidays or on weekends.
Additionally, in the event of
extreme weather conditions (i.e.
heat and/or cold), Shirazi Wines
buyers reserves the right to
delay the release of shipments
in order to maintain the high
quality of products at the time
of arrival.
Are there minimum or maximum
numbers of bottles I can order
through Shirazi Wines buyers?
All of your Shirazi Wines buyers
orders must be in increments of
6 bottles (i.e. 6, 12 or 18,). However, buyers can mix
and match in any way they like
to reach these increments. There
are no minimum order quantities
on specific wines as long as the
total order should be 6, 12 or 18. The maximum number of total
bottles that can be shipped to a
member in any single shipment is
60 (5 cases).
Are there any additional
restrictions on delivery of wine
through Shirazi Wines buyers?
In
some instances, local laws
regulate product availability or
delivery. For example, there are
certain zip codes that Shirazi Wines
buyers is prohibited from
shipping to in Texas (see
current list below).

What happens if a wine I want to
order is out of stock?
While we continually monitor
inventory in order to ensure the
accuracy of our website and
information available to Shirazi Wines buyers Customer Service
representatives, there are
occasions when a certain wine
will sell out or is no longer
available. This is one of the
reasons that when you find a
wine you like, you should order
it quickly!
When a wine is no longer
available, Shirazi Wines buyers will
attempt to make a suggestion for
a comparable vintage or
varietals. During the order
checkout process, you will be
given the option to accept or
reject our substitution
recommendation(s). No bottles of
wine will be shipped without
your accepting the
recommendation and purchasing
them during the order process.
What happens if I am
dissatisfied with a bottle I
receive?
