Mist of Sahyadri 2005 Shiraz is deep dark red in color while the nose shows characters of black cherry and raspberry. The palate has a silky texture with a mix of spice and berry fruit with integrated vanillin oak, good depth and fine soft tannin. Serve with Lamb, cold meats, game poultry, casseroles, mature cheese and mild curry.
