Mist of Sahyadri 2005 Chenin Blanc golden yellow in color with greenish tint on the rim. The nose is elegant with expression of lime and passion fruit. The attack is supple with some intense flavor of exotic citrus fruit. The balance is approachable making it a very easy drinking wine, ideal as an aperitif with light food dishes.
