Medium gold chardonnay with full ripeness, distinctive elegance & richness. Enticing expression of fragrant ripe apples and peaches summing to a creamy nose. Bears a fairly complex palate with excellent depth and well balanced acidity. Reminiscent of vanillin and light toast imparted by quality French oak.

The 2005 Chardonnay is good aperitif wine and can be matched with moderate spicy Indian food.
