Customer Policy: Shirazi Wines explains
their customer service policies.
1.
Age 21: I
know, I know, we said it before but we
need to say it again...if you order from
us you are
representing to us that you are at least
21 years of age and that the person to
whom it is being shipped is also at
least 21 years old.
2.
Privacy & Security:
We value you as a customer and to that
end, we state here that a) your email
address plus other information will only
be used by us for our sales, shipping,
and email notices...it will never be
sold or given to anyone else, and b) our
site uses the most advanced security
technology available to assure you that
when you enter your credit card
information here, it is encrypted to
prevent it from being intercepted and
used by someone else. Notice at the
bottom of your browser window that the
little lock is locked when you enter
your credit card info.
3.
Availability:
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the
availability of all items in the store.
It is possible that we may run out of an
item. In that event, we will contact you
via email and allow you to substitute
another product...in fact, we'll
probably suggest something else. When
you place an order, we will get an
authorization for your credit card but
we do not charge the amount to your card
until we are sure we have or can get
what you ordered.
4.
Prices:
Our prices marked “sale” have our
deepest discounts already built in.
Prices are subject to change without
notice because sometimes we get new
stock at a new price but this seldom
happens.
5.
Returns:
If we send you the wrong wine, we'll
arrange to have the wine returned to us
or we might make you an offer. If this
happens, please email us at
Customer Service. If for some other
reason you want to return wine to us,
you will have to pay the shipping and we
will also charge a 10% restocking fee to
take it back in. If there is additional
